Being the mom of a little boy, and never having brothers myself has been an eye opener to say the least.
I found a post on a friends' friend' blog that sums up boys pretty well. So I am no longer going to try and understand I am just going to marvel at the way God created boys. Fearless, pushing that edge. If not would we have our heros, brave warriors, defenders of our families?
So next time Ethan is sticking his nose in a puddle of milk on the light socket, jumping off the couch, flooding the upstairs bathroom, riding his little tike horse down the stairs, or licking the electrical cord for the thousandth time, I will remember this post

funny read! thanks for sharing the find. Oh, yeah... I most certainly can relate (husband and two 16 yr olds). Sometimes all I can do is drop my jaw and shake my head at them in utter amazement. "What?"
What a cool mom you are! I'll bet it will be a huge hit at the next slumber party!
Oh, and thanks for the link to the cool post about Boys. Definitely described my son and husband!
Your picture says it all. I love it. I laughed out loud and told my husband we are not alone and when I showed him the picture he laughed hard. Boys are fun, there's no getting around that.
That picture is fantastic. Fun with electrical cords ... what will they think of next!
That post you directed us to ... dude is weird
Rock On
AHHH yes. Boys are a mystery.
