Spring Break started with a bang this year. We closed out the Beauty and the Beast Jr. production and I took some friends to see Beastly. Which at the time seemed appropriate given our B&B production, except that it was ghastly. the kids, as in teen kids, liked it. However I kept waiting for Mrs. Potts to pop in and sing...there's something here that wasn't there before... It definitely was a movie for the redbox.
I plan to sleep in all week, catch up on some house and garden projects, read some trashy romance novels, go to the beach, maybe pancakes at Deleon Spring, a night at Disney to catch the fireworks, and Harry Potter & Narnia at the dollar theatre. So what is on the agenda for your spring break??

I was wondering what you thought of the movie when I saw Maddie post that she'd seen it. Kathleen was really wanting to see it but after reading Dobson's review I just couldn't say yes.
Actually we came in 5 minutes late and I heard 2 bad words and the lead character humiliated a goth girl. After that scene the movie could be rated pg. There was no sex, petting just one kiss. No nudity, just the 2 bad words. I really didn't consider it a inappropriate movie just stupid ;)
Now red riding hood had 2 scenes I covered Madd's eyes. Definitely a makeout scene!
