Anybody know or have a pattern for this type of skirt?

Where did you find these? They are adorable!!
I am an ebay custom clothing junkie, and this is a ebay designer. The link is at the top of the post. I am trying to recreate this as we speak, so I will post my results tonight. If you want to search for clothes type in the ebay search box any of these groups. studioe, gallerybay, boutique jaynes, clovergirls, boutique betties, lilyplum.....
I think I could teach you to make them. It looks like it is the tiered skirt but with the tiers made out of patches. Similar to Grace's 4th of July skirt.
