

Boil 3 cups sugar, 1/2 cup white corn syrup, and 1 cup water until it reaches 300 degrees

Add 1/4 tsp cinnamon, and 1/4 teaspoon of food coloring of your choice.

Dip apples carefully and cool on wax paper

Individually wrap in wax paper and tie with a string or ribbon. They last about a day before becoming gooey.
