Apple Toffe Dip
1 - 8 oz. block softened cream cheese
3/4 C brown sugar
1/2 C white sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 pkg of a 8 oz. bag of Toffee Bits (you find this beside the choc. chips)
6-9 Granny Smith Apples cut into wedges for dipping
Mix together with until smooth - cream cheese, sugars and vanilla. Fold in toffee bits and refridgerate for at least 2 hours, the longer the better the flavors meld. I cut the apples just before serving to prevent them turning brown and coat them in lemon juice.

I am assuming that first ingredient was cream cheese?
that stuff is so good! I can't believe I almost missed out on it because I thought it was onion dip.
